The short version. We collect your email address if you ask for our free Blueprint or newsletter. We never see your card details — Payhip and PayPal handle payment. Everything you type into our worksheets and calculators stays in your own browser and is never sent to us. We do not sell your data, ever. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to insights@dinkwealthgap.pro.
1. Who is responsible for your data
dinkwealthgap.pro is operated by Wascar Leonel Nuñez, a business established in the Dominican Republic. For the data described in section 3 we are the data controller. You can contact us about privacy at any time at insights@dinkwealthgap.pro.
For payment and checkout data, Payhip Ltd and PayPal each act as separate, independent controllers under their own privacy notices — Payhip and PayPal. See section 3.
2. What we collect
When you ask for the free Blueprint or subscribe to the newsletter
- your email address, and your first name if you give it;
- the date you subscribed and which form or page you came from;
- standard engagement data from our email platform, such as whether an email was opened or a link clicked.
When you buy the Playbook
- we receive from Payhip your email address, your country, the product bought, the amount, the currency and the order reference;
- we do not receive, and cannot access, your card number, expiry date, security code or bank details.
When you email us
- your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message, kept so we can answer you and keep a record of the enquiry.
When you visit the site
- our hosting provider processes standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability;
- aggregate visit statistics, if analytics is enabled — see section 7.
We do not ask for and do not want your income figures, account balances, account numbers, national ID number or any other financial detail. Please do not send them to us.
3. What Payhip and PayPal handle
Checkout runs on Payhip and payment is processed by PayPal. When you buy, you enter your details into Payhip's checkout and then into PayPal's payment page — not into our site. Between them they collect and process your payment details, billing address and tax location, and issue your receipt, each as its own controller and under its own privacy notice and terms. Card data is handled by PayPal and its PCI-DSS compliant partners and never reaches us. Refunds are decided by us, but the money is moved back by PayPal.
4. Your worksheet answers stay on your device
The DINK Wealth Blueprint and The DINK Wealth Playbook are single HTML files that run entirely inside your own browser. The answers, figures and notes you type into the diagnostics, worksheets, planners and calculators are saved locally in your browser's own storage on your own device. They are not transmitted to us, to Payhip, to PayPal or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data, or using the file in a different browser or on a different device, will clear or not show those entries — which is why the files include export and import buttons so you can keep your own backup. Anyone with access to your device and browser profile can see those entries, so use the export file with the same care you would use for any personal financial notes.
5. Why we use your data, and our legal basis
- To deliver what you asked for — sending the free Blueprint, the newsletter, or your purchase files. Basis: performance of a contract with you, or your consent.
- To provide buyer support — answering your questions, re-sending files, handling a refund request. Basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in supporting buyers.
- To run and improve the site and our content — aggregate statistics about what people read and open. Basis: our legitimate interest, or consent where required for cookies.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud or abuse. Basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not rent or trade our list, and we do not share your data for anyone else's advertising.
6. The newsletter
Downloading our free Blueprint subscribes you to our weekly email newsletter. We tell you this in plain language on the form before you submit it. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately and does not remove your access to anything you have already downloaded or bought. You can also unsubscribe by writing to insights@dinkwealthgap.pro.
Our newsletter is sent through our email service provider, which stores your email address and engagement data on our behalf as a processor. Buyers may also receive occasional emails about the product they bought, such as an updated version or an important correction; these are service messages related to your purchase.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run third-party ad pixels. The interactive files use your browser's local storage — not cookies — purely to remember your own entries on your own device, as described in section 4.
Payhip and PayPal set their own cookies within the checkout for fraud prevention and to make payment work; those are governed by their own notices.
8. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Payhip Ltd — checkout, file delivery, receipts, and sales tax and VAT;
- PayPal — payment processing and moving refunds back to you;
- our email service provider — sending the newsletter and delivering downloads;
- our website host and, if enabled, our website host;
- professional advisers such as our accountant, where needed;
- authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
9. International transfers
We are based in the Dominican Republic, and our service providers operate in various countries, including the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your own country. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
10. How long we keep it
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Buyer records — for as long as needed to support you and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
- Support emails — normally up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
- Server logs and aggregate statistics — for a short period set by our providers.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these, write to insights@dinkwealthgap.pro. We will reply within 30 days, and we may need to confirm your identity first — usually by writing from the address we hold. There is no charge. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country. For payment data, address your request to Payhip or to PayPal, which are the controllers for it.
12. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to our subscriber and buyer records is limited to accounts we control and protected by strong authentication, and we hold as little personal data as we can. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law if a breach affects your data.
13. Children
Our products are for adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to insights@dinkwealthgap.pro and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for a significant change affecting subscribers we will say so in the newsletter.
