Refund Policy

1. The 30-day guarantee

Every purchase of The DINK Wealth Playbook is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The 30 days run from the date of your order, which is shown on your Payhip receipt.

We offer this because a digital product you can't try before buying deserves one. We would rather refund you than keep money from someone the Playbook didn't help.

2. How to request a refund

Either route works, and both end in the same place:

1. Write to us at insights@dinkwealthgap.pro from the email address you used to buy, with your order reference from the Payhip receipt if you have it handy. We approve it and the money goes back to the payment method you used.
2. Or send it from any address, if you no longer have access to the one you bought with. Tell us the name on the order and the approximate date, and we'll find it.

You do not need to give a reason. If you'd like to tell us what was missing we read every reply and it genuinely shapes the next version — but it is entirely optional and it never affects whether you get your refund.

3. How long it takes

We answer refund requests within two business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method through PayPal. That normally goes out within a few business days, and your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show the money back in your account — typically 5 to 10 business days in total, sometimes longer depending on the bank. The refund is returned to the method you paid with; we cannot send it somewhere else.

4. What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the Playbook ends. Please delete the files you downloaded and stop using the material. Your worksheet entries live only in your own browser, so nothing needs to be returned or wiped by us. If you are subscribed to the free newsletter you stay subscribed unless you unsubscribe — a refund and a newsletter subscription are separate things.

5. Problems other than a refund

If the issue is something we can simply fix, please try us first — a refund is always still available afterwards, within the same 30 days:

• Your files never arrived. Check spam and promotions, then email insights@dinkwealthgap.pro and we'll send them straight to you.
• The download link expired, or you lost the files. Write to us and we'll re-send at no charge, at any time, guarantee period or not.
• The file won't open, or something is broken. Tell us your browser and what you see, and we'll get it working or refund you.

6. Duplicate or unrecognised charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, tell us and the duplicate is refunded in full, outside the 30-day window and without argument.

If you see a charge you don't recognise, it is likely to appear on your statement under PayPal or Payhip rather than our own name, because that is who processes and delivers the order. Check your PayPal or Payhip receipt, or just ask us. If it was not authorised by you, contact us immediately and it will be refunded and investigated.

7. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a dispute with your bank or with PayPal. A chargeback takes weeks, and we will refund you far faster and with less trouble. There is no situation in the first 30 days where a chargeback gets you a better outcome than simply asking.

8. Fair use of the guarantee

The guarantee is for buyers deciding whether the Playbook is right for them. We reserve the right to decline a refund, and to decline future sales, where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same product, or refund requests accompanied by redistribution of the files in breach of section 7 of our Terms of Service. This is not aimed at anyone asking in good faith, and we have never yet declined such a request.

9. Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, it prevails.
