1. Who we are

dinkwealthgap.pro (“DINK Wealth Gap”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Wascar Leonel Nuñez, a business established in the Dominican Republic. We are an online business: we have no retail premises and all our products are delivered digitally.

2. What we sell

We sell digital educational products for couples who earn two incomes and have no children. Our paid product is The DINK Wealth Playbook, delivered as a download containing:

• a single interactive HTML file that opens in any modern web browser, containing written guide sections plus fillable worksheets, calculators and checklists;
• a plain-text README file explaining how to open and use it.

The Playbook is not software you install, a subscription, a mobile app, a service, a membership, or any form of personalised advice. It is written material and self-serve worksheets. Your entries in the worksheets are saved locally inside your own browser — see our Privacy Policy.

To use it you need a current version of a desktop or mobile web browser and the ability to save and open a file on your device. We do not provide technical support for your device, operating system or browser beyond the instructions in the README.

3. Order process, seller and tax

Our checkout and file delivery run on Payhip (Payhip Ltd), and payment is processed by PayPal. Payhip is responsible for sales tax and VAT on your order: it acts as a marketplace facilitator in the United States and as a platform operator in Canada, and it handles EU and UK VAT on digital sales. It calculates, collects and remits those taxes, and issues your receipt.

Everything else is ours. If you want a refund, a re-send of your files, or an answer about your order, you come to us at insights@dinkwealthgap.pro — not to Payhip or PayPal.

We never see or store your full card number or banking details; those go to PayPal and its payment partners and never reach us. See our Privacy Policy for what we do and do not receive.

4. Pricing, currency and tax

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are a single one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal of any kind.

The price you are committing to is displayed on the sales page and again in the checkout before you confirm payment. Any sales tax, VAT or equivalent that applies in your country is calculated and added by Payhip at checkout and shown to you before you pay.

Promotional or launch pricing is available only for the period stated on the sales page. Any reference to a regular or previous price refers to the price at which the product is or was offered outside of that promotional period. We may change our prices at any time; the change does not affect orders already completed.

5. Delivery and access

Delivery is digital and immediate. As soon as your payment clears you are taken to a confirmation page that carries your download, and Payhip also emails you a download link at the address you entered at checkout. Either one gets you the files, so a slow email never leaves you waiting. The files are yours to keep and to back up.

If your download link does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at insights@dinkwealthgap.pro and we will send your files directly. A download link that expires or a file you later lose does not cost you anything: write to us and we will re-send.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on The DINK Wealth Playbook. The full terms, and the two ways to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your licence to use the Playbook

When you buy the Playbook we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use it for your own personal and household financial planning, including with your spouse or partner. You may print it and keep copies for your own use and back-up.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, lend, gift or otherwise distribute the files, in whole or in part;
• publish the contents on any website, file-sharing service, cloud folder, group chat or social platform;
• share your download link, or your copy, with anyone outside your household;
• reproduce substantial parts of the text in your own paid or free product, course, newsletter or client materials;
• use the contents to deliver paid advisory, coaching or consulting services to third parties, or to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission;
• remove or obscure any copyright, attribution or disclaimer contained in the files.

We keep ownership of all copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property in our products, text, worksheets, calculators and designs. Buying a copy does not transfer any of that to you. Brief quotation with attribution and a link to dinkwealthgap.pro is welcome.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of dinkwealthgap.pro, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to scrape or bulk-download it by automated means, and not to use our name or materials in a way that is misleading or that suggests we endorse you.

9. Not financial, legal or tax advice

We do not promise any particular financial outcome, saving, return or improvement. Any figures, examples, case studies or results mentioned in our materials or marketing are illustrative or reflect the experience of specific individuals, and are not typical, guaranteed or a promise that you will achieve the same. Your results depend on your income, your costs, your markets, your decisions and factors none of us control. Investing carries risk, including the loss of the amount you invest.

11. Free content and newsletter

We also publish free material, including The DINK Wealth Blueprint and a weekly email newsletter. Downloading the free Blueprint also subscribes you to that newsletter; this is disclosed on the form before you submit it, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without losing access to anything you already downloaded. The disclaimers in sections 9 and 10 apply to our free material exactly as they apply to the paid Playbook.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, re-price, rename or withdraw any product, and we may change or suspend dinkwealthgap.pro at any time. If we materially revise the Playbook after you have bought it, we will make the revised version available to you at no extra cost where we reasonably can.

We may amend these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Third-party links and tools

Our materials may link to third-party websites, calculators, institutions or tools. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, pricing or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are between you and them.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our materials are error-free, complete, current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, lost data, investment losses, tax liabilities or business interruption, arising out of or connected with our materials, however caused.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims connected with a product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wascar Leonel Nuñez and anyone working with us from any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our materials, or your infringement of anyone's rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms, in particular section 7 or section 8. If we do, you must stop using and delete our materials. Sections 7, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 17 survive the end of your licence. If your purchase is refunded or charged back, your licence ends on that date.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about our products.
